Don t use their service They are real scammers The voices they are providing in Free account is very different from the Voices they are providing in Premium account After using the free account I was pretty impressed and bought their premium account But after paying them when I tested the voices they were completely different And when I asked about with Customer support they said that I have to go for Economy Plan because the voice I was using in Free Plan is only available for Economy Plan not for Starter Plan well I digested that I have been scammed and simply moved on But very next month I forgot to cancel my subscription and they deducted Rs 699 - from my Bank account They scammed me twice Now I simply cancel the subscription but today a Message from my Bank popped up on my Mobile Screen saying that my account has been debited by MXSPEECH with Rs 699 - when I logged into their website I was shocked my plan was showing active there Now I have raised a Ticket on their website and also sent a Mail to their support team There is nothing like Deactivate or Delete Account on their dashboard They are looting people in a very smart way Beware
