Heated gloves took 17 days to arrive not the 4-8 stated on the website When they did arrive neither of them work Return process is slow and difficult and seems to require sending a video I suspect I will end up claiming via my credit card 4 weeks after buying I m 90 down and have some gloves which don t work Perfect Obviously I would buy elsewhere if I could go back in time

My wife ordered something but we returned without opening the package and they re a complete nightmare to deal with Refusing a refund throwing every excuse imaginable in front of refunding the money Never buy a thing from this company Scammers and very untrustworthy

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Gilet ordered for Christmas in plenty of time was delivered late and the wrong colour No customer service other than standard automated responses Quality poor for the money Now waiting for a response on a refund and return but getting constant bounce backs on e mails from their server

Very disappointed I bought a heated jacket Sizing is confusing but worked it out The heater lasted only an hour or so max each time with their battery and at literally 1yr old the zip broke I contacted my-alps who said that the guarantee only applied to malfunction so they would not refund or replace They said breakage was due to wear and tear - nonsense as used only approx 20 times and in perfect condition Their email Breakage is not covered by the warranty You have used the jacket for 01year Despite several emails this faulty jacket has still not been replaced DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

As others said Avoid Website implies the company is French but goods are shipped from China Ordered a gilet as a Christmas gift It arrived too late and was shoddy quality when arrived Fortunately I had bought a replacement gift at the last minute as I would have been embarrassed to give this I now have to pay for shipping back to China to get a refund

Avoid this company They send cheap products that do not work I ve tried to get in contact with this company but every time I send an email it gets rejected as spam Scam company DO NOT USE

Kicking myself for not reading the reviews Ordered a heated gilet Took weeks to arrive is way too small really cheap quality and doesn t even come with a power pack So not a heated gilet at all Just an expensive rubbish gilet I could pay to return to China to attempt claiming a refund but really don t want to waste any more money on what has already been a very expensive mistake and based on the appalling customer service to date I don t hold out any hope that a refund would ever be issued AVOID

What an absolute joke of a company there should be something done to stop these trading I order a body warmer size XL and when it arrived it wouldn t fit a child never mind an adult it was advertised as a jacket plus battery but the battery never came with it and now they are saying I have to buy one I have reply to there email service which is absolutely terrible as well Now I am stuck with a jacket that is no good and I can t return as they won t answer my emails honestly DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY anyone on here saying these are good is obviously work for this company and putting on reviews On top of all this the quality of the jacket is absolutely crap Please please please do not use this website Company like I said at the beginning these should be stopped from trading I wish I could see someone face to face because I would shove the jacket straight up where the sun doesn t shine
