IMPOSSIBLE

i am trying to watch a programme on my5 but it keeps cutting out with error code YV-VJS-2010 they tell you to get in touch to sort it out but when you try its impossible to gt anywhere at all as none of the links work

I noticed that none of the reviews got a reply as well as mine Is this because they dont know the answers or simply they dont care and cant be bothered If they want people to keep using this channel they need to improve it and care about its viewers

TOO MANY ADS AND TOO OFTEN

Enticed to My5 by the Channel 5 ads regarding streaming boxsets Poor experience on LG 4k tv 5 minutes of actual programme content then 2 minutes of ads It gets to a point where you totally loose the thread of what you are watching Its a big zero 5 from me Gave up watching an 8 episode drama after 3
