Terrible software extremely rude staff
First of all the site is slow and buggy It also don t run smoothly on certain platforms But worst of all when I responded with things I have noticed I was told I am being added to the list of mentally ill customers Sounds like a passing comment but being someone who has struggled with mental health this wasnt nice to hear I was only pointing out things I felt as a customer could have been improved Yet I was told I m mentally ill Honestly so bad
