I hope these words of appreciation gets to the right person We had a repair man come to our house to repair cracks and align drawers on bedroom furniture that we purchased from Bobs His name is Mohammad and he was amazing The repairs made far exceed my expectations and with a smile He represents your company in a first class style I hope he can receive a pat on the back

The sales guy was nice and not pushy If we get pushy sales from anywhere we dont buy He was easy going and answered all our questions with professionalism

So I ve taken multiple trips to Bob s recently to look feel and decide on whether a new couch was in my plans When arriving at the top of the escalator we are met with multiple faces greeting us which to me is OVERWHELMING and annoying We told the sales person we just wanted to browse There was no pressure going forward Over the course of three trips we dealt with 3 educated polite women They helped us measure reconfigure and eventually on trip 3 make our purchase Most of home is furniture if from Bob s I would Highly recommend them

Alicia was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process I didn t feel harassed or pressured when browsing She gave us our space and was polite and respectful Overall it was a good experience Sometimes sales people are too much and that wasn t the case

As of yesterday we have purchased our 5th mattress from Bobs Furniture We continue to go back because of Mary and her great customer service Not only does she take her time with you to get to know you and listen to your needs she also is very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store Because of her all my 3 adult children a girlfriend and now myself have bought our mattresses from Bobs Furniture Thank you for hiring someone wit great customer service knowledge of your products but also someone who listens and makes the shopping experience great We will continue to shop at Bobs furniture and recommend family members to purchase from Bobs but most importantly to go see Mary for a great mattress
