Desperate unprofessional

Unbelievably unprofessional with delays from the start then I got deluged with desperate rude staff demanding my financial details Avoid They give the impression that they have left it too late a need to grab fees from someone and soon Not me Unimpressed

Pushy unprofessional and when they wanted all my bank details including PIN number in a roundabout way that could confuse some people into giving it to them I ran a mile Why would they want that

Best company experience of customer services great also good with helping with documentation very polite spoken agents always willing to make sure everything is done correctly and always giving the right feedback and all the right information in regards to the process of my claim
