Ordered a cigar medic which arrived faulty I had to pay to send the faulty item back which still hasn t been replaced Communication is terrible and I have little hope I will receive a refund or replacement Would recommend ordering elsewhere

Very reasonably priced items They got my order wrong and sent me the wrong cigars However they posted the correct cigars for free without any fuss or requesting I return the incorrectly sent items That s what I call integrity I appreciate it and I will be back Thanks

Trustworthy and high quality service
I ve used this website twice now Both times the service has been perfect My items were shipped quickly and securely The cigars were placed in a plastic bag with a humidification pouch and they were packaged securely in a firm box with bubble wrap This small business knows what it s doing and it does things right I highly recommend it
