HUSTLER Watch out

This is actually a semi-criminal organization Don t let yourself in with them We had to pay 370 euro a month for gas water electricity wifi They didn t want to explain the costs or show the original bills from the energy companies We received an excel sheet instead with prices they made up themselves They invited us to their office to talk about this But they didn t want to talk about anything unless we gave our credit cards they also tried to get our credit cards by saying that we had to leave it at the frontdesk because otherwise we couldn t enter the office because of covid19 it s may 2023 and besides it doesn t make sense I m so happy we didn t give them our card after reading stories here that they get money from credit card accounts without any permission The business plan of this company is lying this doesn t seem a very sustainable business plan to meAnswer to the answer of my city home There was nothing in our contract so we didn t sign for it The day after we signed our contract we received a whatsapp message that we had to pay 370 extra than we signed for We reported your crimes to the police by the way after you locked us out of our apartment which is illegal Your reaction didn t make it a lot better Hopefully other people also go to the police to stop these criminals Btw it is very striking that exactly 3 days ago this company that has only one-star reviews on trustpilot suddenly has a bunch of 5-star reviews These are obviously reviews they wrote themselves I reported this to trustpilot Hopefully they do something about it

This company are a total nightmare to deal with very poor communication and they had extra costs for everything They refused to return the deposit even though we had video evidence taken after cleaning and leaving each room even washing the bedding which we did not need to do I would reccomend people to take photos or videos as companys like this are TOTAL SCAMMERS To add insult to injury I then discovered the had taken over 3 000 for my bank account 5 days after we had checked out without my knowledge My bank then blocked my card so they could not take any more and I am currently in a dispute to recover the money At first they give ridiculous excuses then they refused to reply to me even at my request for invoices in the end I had to go to booking com as they were the website I booked them on and they themselves refunded my deposit after seeing the videos I sent of the apartment on check out and proof of bank charges taken by them they also found the company difficult to contact So a word of advice to anyone thinking of using the company My City Home AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE TOTAL CON ARTISTS THIEVES SCAMMERS

I have had and am having an extremely unpleasant experience with mycityhome es Despite fulfilling all their requirements they have failed to return my deposit which is both unprofessional and unethical Communication with them is nonexistent and they even refuse to disclose the names of their representatives To add insult to injury they made unauthorized charges on my debit card What s more concerning is that they seem to delete negative reviews attempting to hide their dishonest practices Their excuses for withholding the deposit have been nothing but lies I have yet to hear from their so-called legal department I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs 1 star

Worst landlord experience of our lives My partner and I spent four months in Madrid We had originally planned to stay for six months but had to leave because of MyCityHome They will try to charge your credit card with made up amounts at random times and they will never refund you Do not send them any photos of your card Only after we moved in did they tell us that we had to pay 540euros for gas electricity and water in addition to the initial rent of 809euros They refused to show us the bills to justify of the amount when we asked When we realized that there was no gas in the apartment we stopped paying for the gas while still paying for the rest MyCityHome then proceeded to disable our magnetic key locking us out of the apartment and demanding that we pay more money if we wanted them to unlock the door The police even intervened in this matter and told us that what they do is illegal All the comment you ve read are true MyCityHome is a scam DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM

The owner of MyCityHome es Diego Jaureguizar is a crook He declares infractions on a convoluted illegal contract that do not exist then charges credit cards w o warning He is dismissive condescending raises his voice walks out of conversations The door is locked to his office only to have convos in a dark hallway He yelled at belittled his 20 yr old tenants making them cry Turned off lights wifi repeatedly changed locks on the apartment in Madrid demanded parent s credit card info before considering resolving the issue EXTORTION We resorted to filing a police report hired a lawyer at which he mocked us for doing so A chief of police even recommended vacating the property and cease all communication with this unstable person Diego This man is delusional as he remarked that we were laughing at him for not providing cc info He harassed his tenants endlessly until the tenants moved out 40 days early Dangerous crooked psychopath STAY AWAY FROM Diego Jaureguizar at MyCityHome es

THIS COMPANY S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTEMELY DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AND ALWAYS DO THE BARE MINIMUM IF YOU WANT SOMEWHERE HASSLE FREE WHILE YOU RE ON VACATION OR OUTSIDE OF THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME COUNTRY RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I SAW THE BAD REVIEWS BUT DIDN T LISTEN AND NOW I AM PAYING FOR THAT THE CEO DEFINITELY NEEDS TO TRAIN HIS WORKERS BETTER OR REPLACE THEM THEY DON T GIVE A CRAP AND ARE RUNNING HIS BUSINESS UNDER THE GROUND DONT SAY I DIDN T WARN YOU ABOUT THEM BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK OH AND THEY RE NOT AFRAID TO HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU IF YOU ARE A TENANT AND CALL THEM ABOUT AN ISSUE GOOD LUCK

An absolute disgrace I made a contract with them for a month and when we arrived to the accomodation it didn t exist and they are not being responsible to return the money or search for another apartment It s a pirated company
