I could not be more thrilled with my Cozmo purchase I took a gamble as I didn t try the sofa before purchasing but it s exceeded my expectations It s super stylish easy to assemble and the most comfortable snug-inducing sofa

I thought I was never going to be able to find a sofa that arrived in a box that was comfy made well and looked good I m so pleased with my purchase Had a few problems with the order initially but they resolved all the issues You get a real personal touch from this small company it was even delivered by them personally and they put the sofa together for me which was totally unexpected Thanks Cozmo

I love my 1 5 Seater Sofa

I bought the 1 5 Seater Sofa Weave Light Grey Fleece Cream The buying experience was super easy and Andy was amazing with communication on delivery He even came and installed set the sofa up in my flat it was an incredible experience Now on to the sofa itself - WOW It is very chic and such a great addition to our living room It is also incredibly comfortable and so nice to curl up on The only issue is that everyone is fighting over who gets to sit in it Thank you Andy and team

Amazing Sofa

Amazing Sofa Decided to go with a Cozmo sofa after not being able to get my old suite upstairs in my townhouse when I moved I have had to wait 11 weeks but it is definitely worth the wait The sofa was delivered today assembled and all packaging removed I went with the 5 seater in midnight blue velvet and absolutely love it The sofa was firmer than I expected but is still comfy The quality was clear to see when it was being assembled Just waiting for Cozmo to release and ottoman now to go with it Would definitely recommend Cozmo

Love our sofa and chair looks fantastic and really comfy the right level of firmness not too soft not too hard Pleasantly surprised by the delivery time too arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and the delivery team was excellent

Loving our new sofa

I was nervous about ordering from a company I d never heard of but Cozmo and the sofa exceeded my expectations It has transformed the look of our living room provides more seating and takes up less space The service we received from the delivery company they use was exceptional One word of warning is to double check the side of the chaise when ordering We misunderstood the website and the chaise came on the wrong side But when I contacted the team they were prompt in their response and had an easy solution Best big purchase we ve made in a while

Lovely sofa and good customer service

I m really impressed with customer service My sofa arrived minus two legs I emailed and was contacted minutes later the legs were despatched and arrived the following day I love the sofa It s quite firm but it s comfortable and looks beautiful

We ve had our 1 5 seater a few months now and I can truly say we love it It s low backed so not for everyone but its a great seat for lounging on and super comfy Delivery service was great the delivery men put the seat together for us I will be purchasing a spare seat cover asap
