Impressed by the Customer Service

I was bummed to find the initial product I received looked nothing like the picture I uploaded when ordering While I did not expect an exact replica I did expect the colors of the clothes and shoes to more or less match at the very least so I contacted customer service My rep was Amy and she was very courteous and helpful After a few emails back and forth discussing the issue and solution options a new product was sent to me This time the colors of the clothes cap and shoes matched the original photo I uploaded Although I had some problems with my initial product I m very impressed with the customer service

Fun Custom Brickhead

I ordered a customized brick figure for my dad for Father s Day and it was a Huge hit It arrived on time I did order in advance The instructions to build the figure was AMAZING Every lego kit should come with instructions on the phone and the fact I could move the screen in every angle I was able to build the character perfectly I ve recently ordered more for Christmas gifts and the customer service was helpful I ve had a great experience with Mycustombrickheadz

My picture was a little more deatiled with a thin strapped long gown after the 1st preview there were some areas I wanted adjusted Shirley and the team was amazing sending updates and adjusting it perfectly Can t wait to gift this Great communication and customer service

Original gift for Lego lovers

Update to previous review my original order got stuck in customs so be sure to leave plenty of time if this is a gift Customer service reprocessed my order and remade shipped it and it was just like the image proof It s a good size Lego person and was an amazing gift even if it was a couple weeks late
