Great customer service
The tags look fantastic on our dogs The writing is much clearer than other engraved ones we have purchased Though it took a little longer to get to us in Australia it was well worth the wait We will definitely be purchasing more in the future

I love this online store
The tags took a bit longer to arrive than the stated 5-7 days Totally understood once I remembered there were international shipping delays and they were coming from Switzerland to Australia The customer service staff I was in email contact with was so efficient and super prompt with her responses though The tags looks great on my 2 little dogs and the quality and work are great

Terrific customer care and good products
I love this online store I had been looking for tags to have all of my info on and mydogtags net were able to make my tags with everything that I wanted on them The tags arrived in excellent condition and exactly as requested I have also purchased another of my tags and two for my sons dogs looking forward to receiving them I highly recommend this excellent company fabulous products and awesome customer service

Love our dog tags
The package of tags and pet accessories were delayed by Christmas and covid mail disruption and they kindly offered to send a new package However no need it arrived a few days later i greatly appreciated the gesture given delivery delay was beyond their control Very decent to deal with and i have no hesitation in recommending them Sean

I m an awful person
Love our dog tags Got a different colour for each dog and the boys look so classy and fun The engraving is really easy to read as well We also bought the collapsible bowl and it is awesome

Absolute pleasure to buy my doggy tags

Dog tag order
Due to the COVID all the delivery been delayed but the assistant still be very friendly and helpful I just received the tags for my puppy one medium pink paw shape and one medium gold doggy bone shape good quality nice printing very happy with them
