DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT
Please Please Please do not use they have lied in their advertising they have no funds of their own dispute repeatedly telling you they do went through all the hassle of having to take house off the market before they would entertain you gave me a price to buy my house and signed a one sided contract all written to cover their arsed not much to favour the buyer then 1 week before 28days despite several calls to them for updates and sylvester assuring us all was well they said they were having issues releasing the funds Utter wrap they never had funds in the first place they try to find people to buy your house third party they sent a so called investor around who turned out to be single mum with 2 kids really My wife has paid out on solicitor and searches to be done on house she was intending on buying and has now lost it despite me checking will Silvesta if it was prudent he despite rejecting he said it they are all clowns out there to make money on people who can ill afford it DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Extremely inefficient
Extremely inefficient Misleading and unprofessional Very poor at returning calls and after 28 days make excuses and do not buy your property I wouldn t recommend them sadly I did a better job myself

Very Misleading they are not cash buyers
They will send you a Cash Offer and a form saying it is subject to a visit and make you take off the market with your Estate Agent After the visit they then contact you to say they can proceed and put it out to investors and ask you to sign in with them I m not stupid enough to do this It isn t a cash offer at all and they have no funds they are just middle men trying to take you out of the market while they attempt to sell your house No better than dropping your price with a local Estate Agent total waist of a week and now I have to put it back on the market

Rubbish They do not buy your property which is what they say they will do We will be going back to a proper estate agent not some poor imitation Don t bother with them
