The product was not delivered on time Communication is very bad Response to e-mails takes days After contacting they answered 3 days later that the product got damaged and had to be re-produced I cancelled if not received by a certain deadline as I was leaving the area Again still waiting for response In the moment after 2 weeks no product no money back no response

Very bad and slow customer communication - no refund
I cancelled immediately after placing my order because I realized the shipment will be sent to my old adress that is saved with amazon pay and not the adress i entered during ordering No refund sent to the wrong adress answers are taking 10 days

More than 25 days for a simple
More than 25 days for a simple sticker Still not here They claim it needs to be reproduced as it got damaged during production still does not allow changes to the re-production So I am waiting for something to be RE-produced even though I already know it is absolutely useless for me and I will throw it into the bin right away

We placed an order in which of 3 items purchased one was not sent and the other was different from what we ordered We made a claim to the more than 3 weeks ago providing all the corresponding information so they can send us the right articles Either they don t answer or when they do they only tell you they are checking it And that repeats week after week We began to think that it may be a SCAM since these waiting times are not normal in which no one from the company assuming any responsibility and there is not even a contact phone number that you can give a call to If you decide to buy on this page I wish you all the luck so everything goes well the first time because as you depend on their customer service you can forget about your order
