Found I had been charged a subscription fee for this service yet I d never heard of it before I requested a refund on the day the money was taken out and it took 2 months for someone to respond and offer a refund once I d done this Trust pilot review Not impressed at all I certainly won t be using this company now

What s people need to know is that they have to read everything for them to have a clear understanding before signing and joining this membership and also to be called as soon as I don t understand
What I dislike it was a lack of explanation and not being told a clear explanation what this membership means and how is it supposed to work But thanks to Ahlby who called me on the 21st of September 2024 explaining how all this works Thank u soo much Ahlby for good customer care
