Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible You would think that a company would be interested in gaining clients - especially one that is clearly a start up I emailed to tell them that I wanted to use their services to invest 15 000 of my savings and I never heard back I was basically begging them to accept my money If it was like this from the beginning I don t even want to know what it would have been like as a paying client Go to Indexa Capital if you want better and more reliable customer service

The new Chief Investment Officer of this company has seen fit to leave derogatory comments on various review sites which were both untrue and extremely damaging We therefore wish to have a right to reply as we have done absolutely nothing wrong We would like this matter addressed at the earliest opportunity It is not acceptable to not get what you want threaten to libel a company still not get what you want and then leave shocking reviews Appalling behaviour from a person who is supposed to hold a senior position of trust integrity and responsibility This individual has likened my company to the mafia which is an abhorrent thing to say If the review on my company is removed I will reconsider this review

Mi marido y yo tratamos de obtener una hipoteca como no Residentes y hemos tenido una experiencia mal sima El departamento que gestiona las hipotecas fue muy profesional el de apertura de la cuenta fue nefasto No lo recomiendo en absoluto si no viv s en Espa a My husband and I were trying to obtain a Non-resident mortgage to buy a house in Spain and had a really bad experience We couldn t open the account after spending a lot of money in a lawyer to get my husband s NIE and to understand Spanish tax system for Non Residents Don t waste your time with this neobank if you don t live in Spain

Terrible Customer Support
This is supposed to be a trustworthy company but the customer support is extremely bad Transferring a few mutual funds to myInvestor from a different bank is a pain I don t want to think how it can be if you try to do it the other way round and not give them funds but take funds out I started the process of moving a few mutual funds from Bankinter to myInvestor over a month ago and I m still waiting they just don t answer the emails or they answer them two weeks later you call the customer support center and they just don t know what you are talking about they don t know what is the status nothing at all Consider this reality before you decide to move your funds even if it s a serious company - not a scam - imagine that you need contact them for something urgent it will simply not work I m looking for an alternative bank to myInvestor I just can t rely on a bank like this

Waste of time
I waited for 3 months after sending my documents for my account to be activated only to find out by me calling them - that they deleted it and they will not open my account They said they couldn t give me a reason On top of that now they have all my personal and tax data What a waste of time

2 months to delete my unactivated account
After 2 months they decided to ask me for new document again I will call them to delete all my account and info from their database The customer service is terrible and it is a waste of time The worst experience in a neo back ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK

Horrible customer service process management - to open an account you have to go back and forth for couple of weeks you need to call always only auto-replies via email no guidance or attentive approach Not a customer-oriented business whatsoever
