Excellent customer service after one of my charms broke a day after receiving it Unfortunately the charm was out of stock so I had to have a refund lovely charms I will be purchasing more

I ordered 20 charms and made my daughter a bracelet for Christmas and it was so cute We only used 17 or 18 charms I think She loved it I loved it too I m going to order myself one soon and use her leftover charms I do recommend you buy the tool to help you open the charms It s only a few dollars and it really came in handy
