I had a problem with one of the earrings getting stuck in my ear it had to be cut out initially it looked promising and was getting a replacement pair I sent the earrings back as asked to the address provided It has been such a long time now and I have come to the conclusion that they are not being replaced Very disappointing Thank you for getting in touch with me I have had quite a few pairs of these particular earrings was unfortunate about that one so glad MYJS will be sorting my replacement pair will look forward to receiving them Thanks

Having bought at least 20 items from MYJS without any problems whatsoever I ve always been impressed by their customer service and useful updates My last order arrived with a faulty earing however after contacting them I received a replacement very swiftly - sometimes things can go wrong however it is how they are corrected that shows true excellent service
