Anita Birdi helped us by our property in a timely and efficient manner Email communication was always quick and when we called we would regularly get through to speak on the phone too We even had to bring our deadline forward and she calmly made it all happen This isn t my first purchase and the mistakes I ve made previously are not being proactive with everyone involved in the purchase process I ve had an awful experience with conveyancers before So with My Law Matters I made sure we were in regular contact via phone and email in hopes that we didn t get lost in the pile and that we could be on top of everything we needed to do on our part The process took around 3 months from start to finish with some delays on our sellers side and none on ours Thanks Anita for all of your help

NOT YOUR AVERAGE SOLICITOR I ve just sold my first house found Julie Keates at My Law Matters From her 1st email she made me feel at ease It s been a long one I ve had the odd meltdown but a chat with Julie put my mind at ease again The company as a whole have been very prompt in answering enquiries etc from me There s been several minor issues with a name change a social housing clause to remove along with the same in some cases ridiculous questions from the buyers Julie has dealt with them swiftly at her end chased 2 other solicitors when they ve been non forthcoming Almost at the end and have received nothing but a professional service Can highly recommend
