Could I receive a worst customer experience NOCould I rate ZERO instead of 1 5 NO Lucky companyI ordered my item on Nov 11 Yes a couple of weeks before Black Friday and Cyber Week although I new that meant I will probably lose an offer But that was ok since I will have my item on time NOPE On the 30 11 I ve contacted the company and asked when I will receive my order Their answer was typical and a copy-paste of the Shipping terms from their site meaning it would take 15 working days after the dispatch and since I didn t pay for the express I didn t have a tracking number On the 9th of December I ve contacted the company again Now the say that my order was lost and that they would ship it again but this time with EXPRESS delivery that would take around 10 WORKING DAYS This probably means that I would receive around the 23rd of December unless they mean 10 working days from dispatch so my niece will get only wishes this year and no present THANK YOU SUCH a lame company Order NAM FGSXHCSRQ

New Order - Returned from carrier to sender with NO excuse

It s been 41 days since I ve ordered my items and still nothing Their fulfillment is terrible and they obviously don t care about their customer Their Customer Support is stalling and providing vague information I ve send over 20 emails and still nothing I strongly advise you not to purchase from these guys
