Very poor customer service over phone
Very poor customer service over phone and by email Long drawn out process to complete a refund for product they sent which was poorly is packaged and delivered damaged which they blamed ups and took no responsibility Very unreasonable management difficult to work with and they do not want to give a full refund on a product was never used Very unsatisfactory experience not one rep has apologized for their incompetency Will ask others to stay away and never patronize this business

this online disaster of a medical supply outlet should just go out of business They do not know how to handle customers and are very poor in speaking over the phone Do not even think about ordering from them as its a headache no way shape or form would my family and I recommend this dump of a business

Complete lack of customer service
Ordered 100 of CPAP products to qualify for free shipping and the product never arrived They shipped via USPS and take no responsibility for it I contacted them twice via email and once via phone and they just refuse to take any responsibility at all Would not replace product Wouldn t even give me a discount on replacement product I m out the 100 and have nothing to show for it

customer service stinks
Purchased both a stationary oxygen concentrator and a portable oxygen concentrator from these folks Less than 25 hours on the portable concentrator and it would not work on battery power Received approval to send back for repairs Returned item in August of 2022 Made one phone person was not even slightly concerned I got the excuse there is a shortage of parts nationwide Sent several e-mails half of which were never answered We re coming up on one year and I have heard nothing about my concentrator Per the manufacturers website there is a portal to follow up on repairs I went thru the portal and was told my item was never received by the manufacturer I m out 2 000 Sad when a company that supplies medical equipment to keep people alive could care less about their customers

I ve purchased 2 DeVilbiss oxygen
I ve purchased 2 DeVilbiss oxygen concentrators and both had to repaired after a very short period of use One was new and needed repair after 18 hrs of use and the other was refurbished and needed repair after 20 hrs of use Don t buy the garbage they sell

I wish I had read the reviews first I ordered an overpriced power cord March 30th for an April 10th delivery I needed it to run an oxygeon pump No updates delivery date passed and over the next 3 weeks I received three different reponses from cust svc Finally they tell me it was on back order So they take your order take your money upfront never ship and then take over a week to return your money It is a cashflow game scam with your money Never again

If I could give this company a zero
If I could give this company a zero I would And I wish I would have read the reviews before I trusted them I initially placed an order for some Westmed Comfort Soft nasal cannulas because of their flexibility Instead I received Salter Labs cannulas which are very hard and stiff I contacted the company via email and have as yet to hear from them When I called and explained my situation I was told I could return them at my expense and I would have to pay a 20 restocking fee Do not order from here unless you want to throw away your money

This company is the worst cpap store to order from ordered twice from them and both times I received horrid customer service in the form of misinformation from the staff in the form of unfulfilled requests and flat out lies of what they say they will do Ive given them 2 chances I will not do it anymore they are blacklisted on my list if cpap stores to order from I strongly urge anyone reading this review to save yourself the trouble and move along to the next cpap supply store consider yourself warned Below is the information of the associate who lied to me and never got back to me after I emailed the company about it I was ignored UNACCEPTABLE Your business couldnt exist without customer dollars and this is how you treat the hand that feeds you Theres plenty of other companies selling the same product Never again with you I sent an email asking them to change my cpap mask from large to medium I sent the email the morning before it shipped I sent another one in the afternoon as no reply I get an email at 5 before close their time saying it was done and chatted with someone before that explaining my concerns of the size and it needs to be changed The rep below said it was done Ive save the emails for this reason He said - We spoke yesterday in the chat I got in contact with the shipping department yesterday and was able to notify them of the size change to a medium Your mask also shipped yesterday and you should see an update to the tracking today If you have any questions you can email me at this email Guess what arrived And do you think they emailed me back after this No no they didnt they have all or a sudden lost the ability to communicate No call no email after sending a picture and response about what they sent TRASH COMPANY WITH TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE Sales Associate My Medical Outlet
