I paid for a subscription and got nothing
I paid for a subscription and downloaded the app I made immediately realized this was a scam The app is stuck on a main page and I can t navigate to any recipe there is no way to get a refund from this company

Utter Rubbish Not What You Expect
This app meal plan has very clever marketing on the web and social media that makes it look like a diet plan It is nothing like it It is just a very expensive list of recipes They don t give you a free trial but if you do sign up they force you to waive you right to a 14 day cooling off period making it impossible to recover your money even after only a few minutes of opening the plan in the website or app The customer service team are useless and just give you a scripted email response which I assume they have had to send to many people wanting to cancel and retrieve their money On challenging their response they then just ignore you Do yourself a favour do not waste your money and go and get recipes off on of the free Mediterranean recipe websites or buy yourself a Mediterranean cookbook off Amazon for a fraction of the price

Customer support not responding
I recently purchased this subscription and can not get any information regarding cancellation I sent numerous emails to their support and have not received any responses Very disappointed and would not recommend them All I want know is how to officially cancel

This is a scam operation
This is a scam operation Within minutes of opening the so called menu plan I noticed the recipes were not well written Many of them are made with prepackaged items which is not the philosophy of the Mediterranean diet For example freshly made hummus should be used not garbage from the grocery store The support team is useless You cannot get a refund and after much back and forth with support I have had to file a dispute with my bank Read the reviews first and don t purchase anything online until you do that Don t make my mistake

March 2024 I purchased what I was led to believe a one time fee of 19 60 for the meal plan really just a list of recipes I find out 7 months later I am still being charged every month Total scamCompany of which I am taking further

This place is basically a scam
This place is basically a scam Very subpar product with missing info broken English and unprofessional instructions The app offers no more than an over priced cookbook that sometimes doesn t even give all the instructions to make the meal Most importantly they bill you monthly and make it incredibly difficult to cancel There is no way to do so on the app or website You have to contact their customer support through their help page and create a ticket Then wait for them to email you back They still won t cancel it right away they basically send an email telling you why you should stay You have to reply to that email saying you still want to cancel Then they send yet another email with a link to finally set up cancellation through a third party Please don t waste your money and time with this service or app
