The saga continues Over thirty emails later and still no refund I get a response this time from someone called Hannah Every email response so far has had a different person signing off Hannah tells me today that my order has exceeded the one month post sale period So supposed person called Hannah Has not acknowledge the story board of emails from the 5th of October 2023 asking for my refund Let s see how this pans out I think this could be the longest email trail ever maybe if it continues I could get a Guinness World Record

The Saga continues Who will give up first Yesterday s response from them yet again offering a partial refund for an order of total rubbish We can offer you 40 refund This is for a sterling purchase of 80 I did ask them why I was continually being offered less than 50 of my money in dollars And the response today from them was Dear Customer We are sorry to say that we can only accept returns or exchanges for products in our current shop within 30 days of receipt And it carries on

How is it in this modern day life of ours that this company is still scamming people and taking our hard earned Monday I have reported them to IG and FB and disputed the payment with my bank and yet I still see new reviews from people being scammed It s so disheartening that dishonest companies like this can still trade I have been asking for a refund from the 5th of October 2023 They have not responded to any of my emails from the end of December and I have sent many Please do not purchase from this company

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from MyModle And not the glowing fake curated reviews on their website or Facebook I requested to return an item i no longer wanted because it was such poor quality took over a month to arrive They responded that I had 2 options keep the item and get a 20 refund or choose 40 off a future purchase After further questioning the refund policy they said 35 was the highest amount they can refund Don t waste your money or your time They are scammers 100
