Nothing but problems they say they are uk based its coming from china ive asked 11 times now did my photo get uploaded or not they havent told me just keep repeating its on its way Joke of a company

Ordered a moonlamp for mothers day on 11th March Item didn t arrive on time When it did finally did arrive 2 days late I was embarrassed to give it as a gift as the product itself is shocking Cheap tat how they can justify charging what they do for these is beyond me Avoid like the plague

Ordered the infinity lamp for my brothers 25year anniversary it was broken with all the pegs being badley glued in with childs glue Wish I would have seen the other reviews before purchasing as it was 35 quid Looks cheap and nasty and only worth a couple of quid at the most I contacted them and they offered me 3 70 compensation Discusted that they would have the cheek not to give me a full refund Told them basically what to do with that in laymans terms involving the rear entrance Don t buy anything from Moonlamp co uk
