Make sure you order at least a month in advance
I ordered an Engraved Wood Nightlight three and a half weeks before Valentine s day It s now Valentine s Day and the product is still sitting in China where it s been for two and a half weeks I emailed the company and they said that processing time would be a little longer due to customisation work it may take a few days for real time tracking to update which means it isn t real time tracking and once the order is shipping it cannot be retrieved or cancelled None of this is helpful when THEIR choices have meant I didn t get a product that was ordered with ample lead time

DO Not trust this company Not only I didn t get what I ordered they were not willing to give me my money back They were trying for me to except a cheaper amount as a refund It took weeks of going back and forth with emails They eventually admitted that they don t have the machine to make what they were advertising I was shocked How they can advertised a product that they can t produce

Custom Spotify Song Code Photo Cards and Custom Photos in Film Canister Keyring
The products I ordered where of wonderful quality The printing was amazing I also ordered 3 film canisters that you can pull the film out and it reveals photos you can choose One was damaged unfortunately and the film wouldn t rewind back into the canister so I contacted the people at My Moon Lamp and the lovely Haley was onto it straight away I was able to give get all the information and they responded so promptly and are arranging a replacement for me It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this business and I will definitely be shopping with them again Thank you so much
