I TRIED LOGGING IN WITH MY USUASL LOG IN CREDENTIALS AND NOW IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY IP ADDRESS AND LOG IN USER PASSWORD THEN THE SITE SAYS IT EMAILED ME THE A TEMPORARY PASS CODE TO VERIFY ITS ME BUT I NEVER GET THE EMAIL TD BANK SYSTEM IS JUNK FIND A NEW WEBSITE DESIGNER TO MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL SO PEOPLE CAN PAY THEIR BILLS ON TIME WHAT A JOKE OH I GET THE EMAIL FOR TRUST PILOT BUT NOT THE ONE TO PAY MY BILL

0 stars if I could give that rating Bought 2 smartphones never got any bill or statement after I chose the 0 percent financing Then I get a past due dunning letter threatening my credit rating because I haven t paid The morons that run tdfinancing don t think it s bad customer service to not send a bill and then charge extra fees for late payments Their executives are all dummer than cowshit gradeschool dropouts No wonder they can t figure out how to run a credit business

This company is the WORST They charged a 29 00 late fee when they failed to post my payment due to the 4th of July holiday I called customer support and they agreed to drop the 29 00 late fee I paid the next month s bill early and they charged me another 29 00 late fee for not paying the prior 29 00 late fee they dropped I promptly notified them of the error and they agreed to investigate The following month they added a 40 00 late fee for not paying the erroneous 29 00 late fee charged for not paying the initial wrongful 29 00 late fee it is clear to me their goal is to offer a year of 0 financing only to try and make it up with improper late fees This company is ripe for a class action suit alleging violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices

They bill so inconsistently
They bill so inconsistently you never know what you owe I paid in full on April 27 as that was the total amount listed on my account but an 11 88 fee they added on April 25 but did not show up on my statement because it hadn t been posted yet is now over 111 No bill was ever sent I didn t check online because I had paid in full Goodbye my excellent credit score because of 11 Even within the two years some months had Samsung Care and some didn t no idea why they couldn t put it on the bill monthly

This site is another reason why it should be possible to give ZERO stars I just paid off my Samsung purchase but now I cannot get to the site to download my final statement NordVPN blocks it says it is a phishing site If I unblock I cannot connect anyway I will never buy anything through Samsung financing again

Very incompetent and an absolute nightmare to deal with Be careful that they will mail you bills with envelopes labeled TD Bank I was expecting a bill from Samsung Financing You know like the actual name of the company I was throwing away what looked like junk mail spam from TD Bank and missed the first payment Samsung Financing reported this and dropped my credit score nearly 100 points It pisses me off immensely that I carry a Samsung phone and Samsung watch on me at all times but they never bothered to send me even 1 email or text notification that I had an upcoming payment or late bill before notifying me to creditors I will never by another Samsung product in my life They disgust me

Absolutely the worst online payment system ever They offer automatic payment set up but it s a nightmare to establish It works one time them seems to skip the following 2 and if you don t watch it then payment will be missed and they di g you immediately for missing You have to call and raise holy hell to get results and still is a crap show Maybe a online redesign that is more user friendly I recommend staying away from this payment system ZERO STAR REVIEW TO EVERYONE WANTING TO DEAL WITH THIS CRAP

We are making payments on golfcart and we have been receiving statements by mail then suddenly it stopped coming I called them many times It s like they were forcing me to create an account to make payment online I don t trust online payment It s like they purposely make you missed your payment so they can charged you late fee

If you are financing anything that uses this company RUN
Financed furniture with Furniture City which was a whole other fiasco and I have never had more spam in my email The first paper bill arrived AFTER the first payment was due so I incurred a bogus late charge and after I set up my online acct I have never been able to access it since unless I was willing to give my FULL SSN and DOB This website is a joke a security risk to anyone using it and any company that uses them for the purpose of credit collections should be criminally liable Horrible experience I will make sure moving forward I NEVER do business with any company using them

Pathetic Customer service and this site is awful I was making my payments consistently and was never told by the bank that the payments were arriving via the USPS a day or 2 late I would have adjusted the date if I knew they were being paid via snail mail and not directly to them They proceeded to hit me with late fees and NEVER NEVER told me via mail or phone that this was transpiring The auto pay kept coming out After awhile I get notified that my credit score went down 96 points due to them not telling me Rip off artists Stay away

MyOnlineAccount is so completely messed up I always have Auto Payments set up When I go to the MOA to review past payments there is no indication that any payments have been made since 2 months prior I review my statements and my bank account and can see that the payments have been made It is useless to try and discuss these issue via email Their accounting system really sucks for customers You really have to be proactive and watch your account status every month Not too long ago I noticed that I was behind in my payments and I could see they were not charging the automatic monthly 11 99 fee Instead they debited 04 towards my monthly bill What the hell Glad I looked
