Ott is terrible always freezing Now my code says invalid Their customer service representatives are extremely rude and nasty Today the rep asked for my receipt so I sent my western union receipt and the rep says it s not a receipt Terrible My ott platinum service has been out since Monday June 5th Horrible service and even worse customer service
