I paid for special delivery The website assures 100 that the order will be received next day It didn t It s very difficult to contact anyone by phone or email I finally managed to speak to a very unprofessional disinterested person who kept telling me there was no trace of my order Eventually she found it and did agree to refund my delivery charge Day 4 still waiting

I ordered a pashmina money has been taken from my account no confirmation email received and so far 12 days later no delivery I have left 2 messages but had no response Very worrying that I am receiving emails saying the wrap I ordered is still in my basket and would I like to 5 off to encourage me to purchase it Do not order from this website

I used the Easy Returns process to request a refund for an item It was of no use to me since the event for which I had ordered it had passed by the time it arrived despite paying for their 100 next day delivery service It s now six weeks since I returned it in its perfect unopened packaging I have Royal Mail proof of delivery The contact us email address on the website doesn t work and no one answers the phone
