scam trying to swindle you out of as much money as possible They ask you 10 times if you want this one then this one then this one is great but only if you take the bigger version 2x more expensive by the way Finally you click that you do NOT want VIP service but when you pay there is VIP service in the cart for at least 4 euros

Terrible customer service

I ordered a Day You Were Born puzzle for January 5 1934 and received one for January 5 1938 Customer service insisted I had ordered incorrectly and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked merely for an exchange They refused to give one to me So now I have a very expensive puzzle with the wrong date Extremely disappointing

Total scam Photobags is a known money paywall fraud Ordered a custom plush never got it They showed me that it did arrive but a month later still not here and untraceable I provided the order number to customer support yet they need my address to confirm So it s not on file I don t expect my money back Keep away

Definitely a scam company that cheats their customers and provides poor service Kicks people out of chat when they can t answer questions I pay extra for fast delivery and still haven t received my product when i arrange for money back they won t give anything back DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
