Absolutely Horrible Experience with MyPhotoWallet | Poor Quality and Terrible Service

I don’t know how they could mess up this bad! My first order with this company went well a year ago, so I thought I could trust them again. However, after placing a new order a month before I had to leave for the airport, things took a turn. I sent a perfectly visible photo, but somehow they made my face in the photo extremely dark, with barely any features visible. They sent a preview, which I pointed out looked terrible, but they still went ahead and shipped it 8 days later. When it arrived, my face was completely inked out, even worse than the preview. What’s the point of gifting this to someone when it looks like a black blob? Anyone working on this should’ve realized how horrible it looked and tried again. Instead, they offered me only half of my money back, forcing me to reorder the item. I even had to explain it again, essentially drawing it out for them. I paid a ridiculous amount for "fast" shipping, but 11 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. The customer service lady I've been emailing is apparently a robot with no real understanding of my situation, and I've had to repeat myself over and over. My friends and family are just as baffled as I am. I tried contacting the delivery service, but no one will respond. It’s beyond frustrating, and I’m genuinely upset. I thought I could trust them to do their job, but this experience has been absolutely shocking.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking I paid over 50 for my product for it to come scratched and basically cannot give this as a gift as it s appalling The scratches were under the cover slips and not to mention their customer service is terrible They keep changing their offerings- firstly offering a 30 discount then 10 then 30 and now 50 once again They don t go by their websites terms and conditions which state they offer a full refund if the product is faulty and or damaged Would not recommend

Just purely shocking - delivery goods service

Paid extra for faster process and shipping as they offering vip service which was total shambles Wallet was only posted after I logged a complaint which means instead already rather long 15 working days delivery time it only arrived after 25 days- way too late for the birthday recipient The business hasn t even acknowledged my email they just despatched the goods no apology or even acknowledgment of failure of their services Picture is not high quality as shown on web so truly shocking Do not waste your money

False advertising

False advertising It has taken several weeks for shipping and the item still has not arrived Poor communication and no where do they say it s coming from overseas Total scam

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company Please guys avoid at all costs I ordered a custom music plaque and paid extra for express delivery 4-6 working days the product finally turned up 16 days later and the company didn t respond to my emails for a further 6 days When I opened the package the Perspex had several noticeable scratches on it and was of poor quality Complained to them and the offered me a measly 10 refund After battling it out over email which took an eternity I finally had enough and made a complaint through PayPal Can t stress enough to avoid this poor excuse of a company at all costs

Product was terrible quality and different to photos would not accept this no refund given Also tried posting a review but when click post it just says 0 reviews Think this may be a scam website

Rubbish Experience

I bought my mother a wallet for a gift picture wasn t anything like the one I provided asked for refund they said no because of their manufacture process Absolutely disgusted Will not use them ever again

I ordered a photo wallet for my husband for Father s day Image was barely visible Contacted customer service and they said that s how our printing works and offered 15 back I told them unacceptable and I wouldn t even give that as a gift So they offered to charge me MORE money to replace it They messed up and want to charge ME more Absolutely NOT Would not recommend
