Lack of communication

Initially I received an excellent response and service from this business and gave an excellent review but since I paid the invoice I am finding it really hard to get a response to my emails from this business and when he does respond he uses words such as your plans are almost finished and i am finalising your plans but I have still not received the plans needed for building quotes If plans are being finalised I would have expected to receive them a couple of days later I suggested to this business that he could repay my money if he is unable to do the plans and I will find someone else

Still Waiting

I was beginning to think that Myplanningdrawings com had ceased trading given the radio-silence I ve had from them since they took my money but I ll share my experience as a warning to anyone else considering using them I appointed them in Feb 2023 to produce some simple drawings for a porch on my house not a major project It took them 9 weeks to do this I paid for a two-week turnaround and that was after a lot of chasing and missed self-imposed deadlines I paid them 335 on delivery of these The local authority then requested side elevations and a couple of amendments which they said he d do for me That was another 11 weeks ago I ve lost the slot my builder had set aside the council thought I d withdrawn my planning application and now I am going to have to get a more reliable CAD architect to complete the job I ve already paid for once It would appear from other reviews that my experience is not unique

BEWARE Its a complete SCAM

Its a complete SCAM I recently engaged with them in May 2024 online for a simple Build over agreement with Thames Water for a small side extension toilet I am building 349 as cost for delivering this plan was paid to them in advance on 30 May and since then I am chasing them for the drawing but no response or a two liner promise to deliver soon after so many reminder mails Ultimately I had to go to another architect and pay another 200 and got the job done Their Director owner has been making promises since 17 July to refund my money paid in advance for non delivery of any plans after I sent him a notice that he has 14 days to pay or I ll go to the court but no refund made so far and only empty promises again over emails Now I am proceeding with claims court to recover the all the money due to me with all the uncontestable proof I have against this company Please do not engage with them otherwise you will be in same position as myself - money paid but zero service delivery and as a last option of have resort to courts to get refund of the advance money paid

Excellent high quality drawnings

Excellent high quality drawnings great communication and super fast turn around from start to finish But for me the best part was the price So nice to see a company with great honest values Will definitely be using again for my further developments Thanks to all at MY PLANNING DRAWINGS for making the process so easy

Having tried and failed to get plans

Having tried and failed to get plans through validation stage with local council Tom at My planning drawings came to the rescue and validation was successful The plans were great communication was excellent and the service was first class and super value I wholeheartedly recommend and will use again

Did a great job to produce the floor plans and elevations required by the council based on some basic drawings from us Turned around quickly and did a few tweaks at the end with no bother Good value service

Absolute 5 star experience with this company My designer Thomas from start to finish was so efficient with responses and made to whole process beyond easy He was clear with exactly what I needed to provide used no jargon making everything easy to understand and turned my plan out well within my short 3 day window If your needing plans drawing up look no further
