This company is a very bad joke Customer support is useless I wanted to return the device after I realized what a piece of garbage I bought from a company shouldn t be exist Their return form is unnecessarily hard to fill and the return would be more expensive what I paid for this useless terminal Please don t be so stupid like me and avoid them

Awful and dodgy company
Sold the terminals to us really quick All documents provided same day Then it s all downhill Customer service is only useful to read out staged scripts but themselves are actually useless Activation and verification desptire confirming they had all documents two weeks later application under review It seems they just forgot about the application despite daily phonecalls Everyday your account will be approived by tomorrow Two weeks later still nothing then they have the audacity to send an email asking if there is anything they can do to help I understand verification is a significant part of the process however if Square and Revolut can do it in under a day why is it taking you more than two weeks Ultimately their constant lies has cost us around 8 000- 10 000 in card sales Wish we had just signed up to Revolut in the first place Not only that after giving them all my details to a live agent I am now getting ermails from my Credit agency of my details being sold online and being specific to the details given to myPOS

Mypos A Disappointing Experience
I was excited to try Mypos based on a friend s recommendation but my experience has been far from positive The application process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming The required documentation was unclear leading to unnecessary back-and-forth communication Additionally the app itself was unreliable during this process Customer service has been equally disappointing Responses were often generic and unhelpful with agents seemingly more focused on adhering to policies than resolving issues The lack of timely support and effective communication has significantly hindered my business operations I would strongly advise potential customers to explore alternative payment solutions that prioritize efficiency reliability and customer satisfaction

Beware of MyPOS
Beware of MyPOS - Unacceptable Service I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with MyPOS In March 2024 a transfer was made from my account to a beneficiary but the funds were never received Since then I ve been stuck in a deadlock Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue MyPOS charged me 90 CHF to investigate with the beneficiary bank yet I have received no updates or refund after several months of waiting Even worse their customer service has stopped responding to my inquiries This behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to their clients I strongly advise against using MyPOS for anyone looking for a reliable solution and competent customer support A bank that ignores its clients in such serious situations is not trustworthy
