I am from Brazil and I got my printer EPSON ET-2650 in the US I got my reset code and with the help of the support team I was able to get my printer working again Thanks a lot for the help

Very quick and positive customer support

I had an issue connecting my printer to the Mac version of the WIC application While the agent was not able to solve the problem we did manage to connect via the Windows version She was very polite and guided me through the whole process
