SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE They say they will provide tracking and the link shows the courier was unable to pick up the package They don t respond unless they are lying to say they will give you a tracking number Save yourself time money and energy

Disappointing customer service out of stock

Disappointing customer service and constantly out of stock I ordered some products 1 month ago and they emailed back a few days later to notify me that the products were out of stock - they offered refund as they didn t know how long it would be until stock would arrive so I accepted Instead of honouring the refund they ignored my request and said the stock will arrive soon 1 month later I received the products that I no longer need as I had to purchase them elsewhere They did not honour my refund request and absolutely did not deliver in the time advertised - be mindful of this when purchasing from them

Waited a number of months for the item

Waited a number of months for the item to be delivered only to find pieces missing Contacted the company who advised that the item pictured on the website is not yet available and so I had been provided with the current model which does not include these pieces This is essentially false advertising Would 100 NOT recommend purchasing from this company for these reasons additionally the product itself is poorly manufactured cheap and nasty I ve reviewed this company previously on more than one platform however can now not locate these reviews

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLEI should have read the reviews and not have placed an order with My Rainbow Pets They lie about shipment and then evade questions regarding your orders whereabouts It has taken 14 days for them to ship my order if it has been shipped after I told them to cancel and process a refund Fortunately I ordered from a reputable supplier in the meantime and received this order in less than 24 hours A lesson has been learned and please take note of this lesson of mine JUST AVOID SHOPPING WITH THIS BUSINESS

This is yet another bad review

This is yet another bad review After waiting 3 weeks for my order and the tracking number not moving I get the order It is missing 2 items I go through the ridiculous motion of emailing them They don t speak English and it s horrible to have to write to them They have now put the other two items out for post but the tracking number once again exists but it s not actually been lodged with Australia post Avoid this company at all costs

SCAM SCAM Why is this company allowed to trade After weeks of contacting them I finally emailed Fair Trading and now have received a refund Save yourself the stressfull experience DON T ORDER with this company they take your money and don t send any goods

Ordered dog flea spot treatment

Ordered dog flea spot treatment Was due for pick up within 2-4 days from parcel locker Two weeks later and tracking doesnt exist hasnt left warehouse I email and they claim they cant deliver due to not having my phone number even though its on the order I emailed again asking for delivery date again no date so I cancelled my order via email and put a disputed transaction in with my bank I then get an email they would like me to make an appointment time so they can deliver to their lockers Another stalling tactic DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Edited I have since reported them for cyber fraud at https www cyber gov au report-and-recover report wont let me post link so added spaces and provided the fraud report number to my bank and also emailed My rainbow pets with a copy of the confirmation of my reporting them They have now refunded my money Cyber fraud confirmed they are an overseas company and encourage people to report EDIT Rainbow pets are now challenging the charge back and refund was reversed now dealing with my bank again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam company will not refund you

I purchased a 500 cat tree in October 2023 I had not received it for 5 months despite having contacted the company multiple times They assured me I would receive my product I did not I requested a refund and was informed I would receive it with confirmation It has been over a month since then and the company has completely ghosted me Absolutely under no circumstances should you purchase from this scam company

Scammers Regret not looking up reviews Took nearly 4 weeks for them to process the order only after lodging a complaint with PayPal and mysteriously a tracking link appeared But of course this company lives up to their reputation and only filled half the order DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Everybody who has written a review is telling the truth and do not make the same mistake UPDATE 15 AUG 24 Customer Service promised me on 1st August that they would send me a shipping label the following day for the missing item in my order No surprises here You guessed it Yep still have not received the outstanding order Avoid like the plague For your own sanity stay away
