Great and much better than Felix Health

I had a bad experience with another company Felix Health and switched to MyRocky The difference was shocking Much better clinical care customer service and overall reasonable staff My only issue is that their website is somewhat glitchy

I recently made a call to client support at Rocky Health to resolve a missing order and to switch my subscription to a medication that works best for me My concerns were handled by Michael Gabrielle and he was absolutely amazing He helped me with re-shipment and immediately initiated a refund for the missing medication He also provided me with a history of my orders that I can use to submit to my insurance provider for reimbursement of the costs I am highly satisfied with the service from Rocky Health and the client support is absolutely outstanding Michael was very pleasant understanding of my concerns and Super helpful in resolving the matters that I presented to him I felt very respected valued and appreciated Highly recommended

A shipment issue delayed the delivery After a first review they solved the issue but also delivered two other products for free And they are working great I will buy again and I highly recommend myrocky ca

Always easy to order once the medical review has been completed I appreciate that this exists to highlight any potential issues with medications and the product always arrives quickly and without any issues I live in a remote part of the country where access to a doctor is a challenge and privacy in a small town can be a further challenge Any time there s ever been an issue customer service has been quick to rectify it to my satisfaction Pleased with the service and happy to continue to use them over seeing my GP and filling out prescriptions locally
