Items don t arrive impossible to get hold of AVOID
I ordered a personalised Santa s sack and wooden platter board but unfortunately these items still haven t arrived 5 weeks later so much for 3-5 working days I ve chased and tried to contact a number of times by phone email but the company are impossible to get hold of I ve put in my order number to track the parcel but it doesn t work This has left one of my children without a Santa sack for Christmas very disappointing AVOID

Ordered a couple of Santa sacks a couple of years ago ordered another on the 1st January for the newest family addition still not received order No response to email order tracking phone number rings but no answer Why is their website still live and taking orders Very frustrating avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful experience Impossible to get a hold of I used this company 4 years ago to buy my daughter s sack and wanted the same for our new addition Purchased in September it s now Nov and no confirmation of item being sent Absolutely awful to do this to people at Christmas Dreadful company

No items just take your money
Ordered personalised Christmas items for my daughter s first Christmas on the 13th of November Nothing has turned up and no response from seller Appears to be the case with a lot of orders They are still putting on promotions chasing items left in baskets and pushing other products It is literally disgusting that you specialise in Christmas personalisation and never send especially for Christmas when it means so much to people I ordered previously for my son and although it took a while it did arrive and I wanted matching ones wish I d checked reviews but assumed they d still be good Clearly just decided to now take people s money So upset and disappointed it s shameful
