Company does not verify their products match other manufacturers dimensions Do not assume just because you pick your manufacturer and product number on MySpaCover com will be correct they are not Shipping delays are horrendous add 1-2months on any quoted delivery dates from MySpaCover

Be prepared for a 3 month wait

I finalized my order on 5 19 got my cover on 8 19 Like everyone else I emailed to no avail I didn t get responses until I demanded a refund I was told Covid decimated their work staff I had to threaten them with a refund 2 more times When the cover arrived it had a Made in Mexico tag It is a good looking cover and it is a good fit

First it took twice as long as they told me and what it said on the website from the time I ordered till I got it Also color was not what their picture showed When I called and e-mail to tell them I was not happy and asked about they 100 Satisfaction Guaranteed they told me in an e-mail that they were 100 satisfied that it was what I ordered so therefore would not be doing anything So buyer beware their 100 satisfaction means they are satisfied not the customer

Poor Quality and Customer Service

I bought a spa cover for my hot tub It only lasted barely 5 months On the website it has a 1 year repair or replace warranty After contacting Myspacover com via email and phone They will not stand by their warranty They simply say We don t have one to send you The product they sell is of poor quality and they don t stand by their stated warranty

Fake company stay away

This company never delivered the product and will not refund me I ve been speaking w Justine from customer service for 3 months now no refund even though she has promised repeatedly it will come STAY AWAY this company is a fraud

The company offers free shipping

The company offers free shipping anywhere in Continental United States Once you order one of their spa covers they cry poor and say that they can t ship to your location without you paying half the shipping fees because their nearest shipping partner is 7 hours away I live 3 miles off off I90 not exactly in the middle of nowhere I also offered to pick up in Missoula or Spokane and they didn t have anyone close Scam Buy from a company with more honesty

Contrary to the advertising by MySpaCover its spa cover is NOT long lasting is NOT high quality and is NOT well made Instead it is poorly manufactured of poor quality and is very poorly made I ordered the top quality product advertised but the stitching on my spa cover failed in numerous places due to serious defects in the manufacturing process Although advertised to last 5 years with a five year warranty which the company refuses to honor the spa cover I bought lasted only THREE years and several months When I sent the company photos of the numerous defects the manufacturer refused to provide a replacement or even a partial refund claiming normal wear and tear Since this flimsy product cannot survive normal wear and tear you should not buy from this company which refuses honor its warranty and makes a mockery of the public by its continued blatantly false advertising Contrary to the advertising by MySpaCover its spa cover is NOT long lasting is NOT high quality and is NOT well made Instead it is poorly manufactured of poor quality and is very poorly made The stitching on my spa cover failed in numerous places due to serious defects in the manufacturing process Although advertised to last 5 years with a five year warranty which the company refuses to honor the spa cover I bought lasted only THREE years and several months When I sent photos of the numerous defects the manufacturer refused to provide a replacement or even a partial refund claiming normal wear and tear Since this flimsy product cannot survive normal wear and tear you should not buy from this company which refuses honor its warranty and makes a mockery of the public by its blatant false advertising This company is growing rich by treating its customers like dirt and fraudulently selling a substandard product via a warranty which it refuses to honor

Poor quality and customer service

Spa cover purchased April 2020 but was not delivered until June 4 years later inner seams separated and the cover absorbed so much water it now weighs a ton and broke my cover lift When contacted because it was still well above within the warranty period they requested 3 rounds of pictures before deciding it was not due to workmanship The cost of this cover has doubled in the past 4 years They would not honor their warranty or even consider a discount on a replacement This made in Mexico product is a ripoff and MySpaCover is dishonest to its core
