Fabulous Customer Service

I ordered 2 of the Spotify fridge magnets with one having a very special song that was not in the list of songs I contacted Spotify prior to my purchase just to see if they do special orders and I received an email right back saying they do I was given specific details on what I needed to do after I placed my order When I reached out to the Customer Service team via chat I had someone there with me guiding me along the way It was wonderful to be getting help from a real person and not an IVR system My Customer Service representative was with me for a while to make sure I could get my pdf email of the song I was requesting over to them Truly she held my hand the whole time Even though I had this superior support I have to admit I ve been a little apprehensive that is until today I received both magnets and they are just perfect Everything from the pictures on the box and the song title to the magnet itself with the most realistic recordings I am so truly happy with how both of these turned out and so grateful to the representatives that helped me Thank you from the bottom of my heart Beverly Sheppard
