Ordered a jacket from this terrible company No items received but money taken straight away Received a tracking number which does not exist Emailed the 2 bobs several times to no response TOTAL SCAM

Wish I had seen the below review before I ordered from this site Absolutely shocking quality of products and refusal to refund the item without substantial expense from me to return the item back to their warehouse in china after being insulted with a 15 credit back to my card on a spend of 39 95 There was zero acknowledgement that the item was well below the expected quality and different to what was advertised on the website

Order took 3 weeks to arrive and product is nothing like the online advertising Coat material is thin and cheap Based on other reviews I m not likely to get a refund either so won t waste my time which is what the company hope for Terrible experience

I ordered a jacket that said it was half price 59 99 It took 3 weeks a week more than the 14 day policy and it was way too small even though i checked the size guide The picture and the reality of the jacket were totally different and so what was excitement turned into disgust It was thin shiny creased and shoved i to a bag that immediately told me it was not a parker hoodie coat I have now requested a refund fingers crossed I get one although it does state I have to pay for it to go back It had better not be going to china
