The worst ticket service I ve ever experienced I bought a ticket for a concert which was canceled and rescheduled for a later date because of Corona I requested refund and they stated that it would take 2-4 weeks However after one month they informed me that they would not be able to refund my money and transferred my case to another company When I contacted the new organization they stated that they had no duty Anfrage 328857

NO refund

The event was canceled due to Corona and we got a voucher I have been trying to get a refund for 6 months now and the email customer service is absolutely horrible Does not respond for a month and does not offer any help whatsoever atrocious service dont use ever

Colortickets took a long time to arrive hard to reach support by email

I ve ordered Colortickets for a concert that takes place in December I ve ordered them in the first week of June There was no possibility to order digital tickets which honestly is weird it s 2022 but still me and my friends really want to go to this concert To this day I have yet to receive the tickets I ve mailed three times the last two emails are yet to be answered I called twice although the two ladies I ve spoke to over the phone are really friendly and seem to understand my concerns perfectly fine nothing has happened despite promises I would get more clarity about my tickets over e-mail Last time I called was previous week and I still have not heard anything since then I m done calling Just send me the tickets I ve paid for However friendly as the service may have been to me I can t access the concert without tickets At this pace I m honestly worried we ll get them for December if I just keep calling Update 04-10-2022 It took a while but I received the tickets previous week It turns out something went wrong with the address which is why the tickets were not delivered to me in the first place However as it took a incredibly long time for MyTicket to answer my emails and get it sorted I ll leave the score to 3 stars I don t expect them to answer my emails within 24 hours of sending it But answering it within a at least a week would be great Somehow coincidence maybe after posting this review it seemed like my troubles became a higher priority The email contact was just fine and helpful but it s really odd that it seems I first need to write a review to get anything done
