Outstanding technical support

I went to MyToolkit because I saw Youtube videos from them explaining in a very pedagogic way about compressed air hoses and fittings I contacted the technical support Jill to help me understand which hose I should select to match with my compressor and was impressed by the rapidity and quality of the support even asking for pictures for confirming the answer I felt guilty that I eventually ordered the hose from another seller because I also needed individual fittings that MyToolkit does not offer and it was making more sense to have everything from the same place I regret it now as it turned the connector was poorly manufactured and leaking The least I could do was to share my experience and say that I keep MyToolkit on top of my list for future needs
