Failure to refund money
The airline refunded the money to Mytrip Mytrip stated that they have not received The airline provided me with Mytrip s card details and the amount refunded to them but Mytrip won t do anything to confirm those details I suspect there is some sort of scam going on Lesson learnt - don t use them

Terrible services scammers Steer clear of them
Terrible services scamers A zero star will be too good for them I was informed in late 2023 by MyTrip de that they closed a case I had been chasing them about since Marh 2020 I had purchased a Turkish Airline return air ticket for my nanny to travel from Germany to Cameroon The Flight was cancelled due to Covid I chased MyTrip de for years and they kept referring me to Turkish Airline which in turn referred me back to them Turkish airline eventually indicated they had refunded all covid-related cancelled flights and mytrip was responsible for refunding me They never refunded me and eventually closed the case indicating it had exceeded the required number of years They are mega scammers Never use them If I had seen the reviews beforehand I would never had used them Now I simply purchase my ticket directly from the airlines no matter the cost This has made me lose trust in all travel agencies A shame for real

LLRK90 By far the most disappointing customer service I have experienced I keep getting no response or the response that my request is with the appropriate department However I have not received a proper response from this department although I am referred to it now for 6 months Who is in this department and when will they get back to me Please also free to give me a call Please see below my request unchanged for 1 5 years and still unanswered My experience with MyTrip customer service is extremely disappointing Please answer my questions outlined below that I have repetitively raised for 1 5 years now As outlined now for 10 times please at least give me an indication by when my questions will be answered I am really frustrated by now When and how much money has Lufthansa paid to MyTrip When and how much was paid by MyTrip to me If there is any delta in terms of money and or time I would like to know why Previously it was confirmed that no fee was deducted by MyTrip mail by Eliso P 9th Aug 1 40pm CET Please let me know whether this is actually true

Title Disappointing Experience Frustrating Experience with My tripI recently booked a vacation through mytrip and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory Here s a sample review for a situation where your flight was delayed and you didn t receive a refund I recently experienced a significant delay with my flight on 17th October which was incredibly frustrating Despite the long wait I received no clear communication from the airline regarding the reasons for the delay or updates on when we might depart To make matters worse when I sought a refund or compensation my request was denied without a satisfactory explanation This lack of customer service has left me feeling neglected as a passenger I expected better transparency and support from Sun express I cannot recommend them based on this experience and will think twice before booking with them again I expected better communication and accuracy from a reputable agency I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable service

AVOID at ALL costs
Very awful company Tickets price were almost 4x than at the Airline s website I purchased a tickets for almost 100 with the option to cancel and reimburse 90 of the tickets price They gave me back less than 40 Check the price ALWAYS at any Airlines

Dark patterns and unethical pricing
Dark patterns everywhere - the booking process took us maybe 5 minutes and right at the end after I introduced the card details the website showed a pop up that said the price had increased by 75 for a total of 1 600 it went to 1 675 Extremely unethical to do this once the customer has reached the end of the booking process it shows that they only want to rip you off

Avoid at all costs Our flights got cancelled and after 3 months of failed attempts to get my money back through customer service that are only trained to say I m sorry for your inconvenience I will escalate this to management I am forcing it out of them via my credit card provider

Their self transfer guarantee doesn t work
I booked a ticket using their self-transfer guarantee it was 2 flights with an 8 hour gap between them The airline moved the first flight 10 hours later meaning I should be able to get a refund using the self transfer guarantee however they keep saying they are waiting for the airline to refund which they won t I booked with them so it is their obligation to refund me not the airlines so im going to have to take them to court Avoid at all costs
