If I could give them 0 stars I would Total scam they take your money and in case you need to change something in your reservation and you paid 150DKK for the option to be able to change things they will NEVER get back to you The worst company in the world please never use it We wasted our money

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with Left stranded at the airport after they booked my flights with an invalid connection and then hung up on by their call centre when trying to sort it all out To top it all off they refuse to refund me and are trying to blame me for them rebooking my flights after a schedule change and putting me on flights with a 42 layover in Hong Kong where restrictions only allow upto 24 hours How they can operate as a travel agent is beyond me they should be shut down along with all of the other companies under the Etraveli Umbrella

Bad service
Bad service we ended up paying 80 Euros extra for normal hand luggage MyTrip would not help us when we got our orderand wanted to correct it Don t use this agency If you have a problem there is no help or service

REALLY bad experience with MyTrip
REALLY bad experience with MyTrip They emailed us wrongly that our flight was cancelled which caused panic We had to call Norwegian to find out our flight was NOT cancelled it just changed location Rotterdam instead of Amsterdam which is not a big issue Mytrip never reacted in the customer service chat they said I would be connected with the right team which they never did Will never use them again

No money is refunded when your flight
No money is refunded when your flight is delayed or cancelled If you call them you won t reach them be aware of phone bill charges for calling uk and if you email you won t get a answer either But if you re lucky and get a hold of them via chat in their app they ll ask for a service fee for them to handle your refund If you pay the service and go back to contact them they are nowhere to find Neither via the app email or phone I recommend to buy the tickets directly from the flight company s homepage once you know what flight to take via the different services available on google You can buy the tickets individually from each flight s homepage

Mytrip is the absolute worst
Mytrip is the absolute worst their customer service is of no use and keep on sending me back and forth My flight from Paris to Copenhagen was delayed by 2 hours so I wouldnt catch my connection the airline refers to mytrip as the 3rd party first mytrip says I need to cancel check-in and then they say they cant help me and I have to go to the airline The airline then sent me back to mytrip Now my check in is cancelled I have no flight to take and Im stuck in Paris F the useless customer service staff 1 even hung up on me - what an idiot
