Appalling experience - Never again

Appalling experience and I will never use this company again I paid 8 99 for next day delivery and 5 days later still no hamper and no help from customer service As with the other 1 star reviewer they will not be accountable for their failures and will not refund any money until the hamper arrives for which they have offered no date Honestly save your money and buy a vegan hamper on Amazon When you do contact customer service they simply justify why they have failed by trying to blame the customer it cost us 11 20 to ship and we only charged you 8 99 as a gesture of goodwill

Gift not delivered company doesn t care

Company literally doesn t care about it s customers Next day delivery from Dec 21st finally arrived today Jan 10 They couldn t be less interested Paid extra for next day delivery because the recipient s workplace was closing the day after for Christmas Company couldn t fulfil the order so just chose to send a day late without giving me the choice to cancel They said they will refund if the order comes back to them But my point is the recipient didn t get her Xmas gift the school she works at is closed but may have maintenance staff there who will receive it therefore the company will consider that the package is delivered - they are in the gifting business and should understand that this is not acceptable Their response We really appreciate customer s understanding the various delays and complications that can occur for a very small percentage of orders this close to Christmas And here s a 20 discount for next time Their initial response was that I reroute the package to a neighbour of the school and have the recipient return to work the next day having broken up for the year and collect from a neighbour You are in the wrong business guys You re delivering vegan goods but you re not honouring the gifting side of the business and that s what I came for BEWARE no phone number so you can t even call to sort things out expediently

No hamper and company not bothered

I ordered a hamper from this company and it failed to arrive I ve contacted both the Myveganhamper and Evri Evri have given me the normal responses but have not taken any positive action Myveganhamper hasn t bothered to respond customer service at it s worst Use this disinterested Company at your peril

Payment issues

Ordered a hamper paid online by card stated payment not worked try again Did it 5 times with different cards all shown on bank account as pending but hamper not ordered Messaged customer service try again banks problem Ordered from another company no issueThey should have contacted me by phone and taken order now 150 in funds unavailable

We find this company outstanding fast and professional customer service we love the curate range of hampers always new hampers and changing of new products that are everyones new favourites we had one with a courier destroyed box not the companies fault as they are all prone to kicking parcels around in our experience we contacted the hamper customer service one and a new one sent out with a discount off our next order read the reviews here and the negs surely are not talking about the same business we are looking forward to the new subscription service coming early 2024 Thanks My Vegan Hamper
