Fabulous service
When I bought a radio it didn t work for some odd reason The lady at VQ was wonderful and helped explore what the issue could be I was then sent a new plug and found the original plug was faulty I was so pleased at the prompt response to my query and the ease with which it was put right Thank you so much

Excellent Support
My DAB radio stopped working due to incorrect fixing of the power lead The problem was quickly resolved by the company support Very impressed with the good looking radio plus excellent help if needed

Excellent Customer Service
I had a problem with the connections on my two radios and thought I needed new transformers and couldn t buy any anywhere So I emailed customer services about the problem and Victoria promptly replied and advised to check that the correct socket was being used on the radios and so I checked and it turned out we had plugged the cables into the wrong connection So I am so pleased to say they are both working now I cannot rate their customer services highly enough and they have saved me a lot of expense Thanks again

Faulty radio
My Radio had a couple of buttons not working just before the warranty ran out Contacted this company and they took radio back checked it and have sent me a replacement Nothing is too much trouble for this company Victoria has been very helpful from the start with a very speedy response to all emails and I would highly recommend this company The customer service is excellent which is very rare these days and long may this continue

My Radio developed a fault
My Radio developed a fault after about 14 months The response from myvq about my radio was professional After supplying details about the purchase serial number and sending it off for testing It was found to be faulty A replacement was issued and arrived promptly I can only praise Victoria for the superb levels of customer service

Great and efficient customer service
We lost a charger for my Retro Mini and VQ were more than happy to help us replace it which we were very grateful for Saved the hassle of trying to work out the right replacement online Thanks to Victoria and the customer service team for their quick resolution

Excellent Product and Support
Bought this Dab radio around 2 years ago on recommendation I think from a Which review Fabulous product Easy to use sound is excellent with great bass and volume Had a problem recently with the power supply and Victoria took me through some checks and agreed she would send a replacement Power Supply Arrived quickly and fixed the problem Here s to a few more years of using a great product

Good sound and functions
I bought my Monty direct from VQ at a very competitive price I m delighted with the sound and functions It also looks very good with its Emma Bridgewater strawberry design All functions are operated by easy to use push buttons The optional battery which fits under the back panel was also a good price and gives about 20 hours use I like the cube shape I thoroughly recommend this DAB radio
