DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS I placed an order in February that still hasn t arrived I have tried emailing them and using the message section on there website nether of which got a responce If your reading this before making a purchase believe the negative reviews they will take your money and not provide the product

Company Ceased Trading but still selling

UPDATE -THIS COMPANY HAS CEASED TRADING BUT STILL SELLING ONLINE I GOT MY 59 90 refunded by PAYPAL after they failed to reply The Ordered 59 90 of wool after 10 days the order was still being processed with no delivery date I contacted via email no reply sent email via Pay Pal still no reply I ve asked Pay Pal to get a refund Started panicking when I found reviews on this site and found links on Gov Companies House saying the Company ceased trading and the RKM wool group went into receivership on the 11 January 2024 Might explain the problems customers are having

I really wish I d come to trust pilot before ordering Ordered back in May only received part of my order after chasing them up All false promises about the remaining part of my order asked for a refund now not replying so no yarn and no money

Am now sure this is a scam order placed 12th August no replies since an email apologizing for delay and excuses no wool If not a scam why no contact Would not give any stars if option was there avoid them they should be ashamed of themselves but bet they re laughing all the way to the bank avoid them

I ordered wool on 17 October and never received it and now seems this company was closed permanently so not able to find a way to get a refund Has anyone else had this trouble and eere you able to get your money back

I sent an email to them saying that I thought I had been scammed they sent a reply apologies for the delay lack of communication They insisted it s not a scam the order had just been printed expect it soon Parcel2go email saying they had my details from Nigel Morris they will let me know when it s collected from him that was 22nd August No tracking number no parcel no more contact I m back to thinking I ve been scammed as no proof of otherwise

Order placed weeks ago No responses to emails Phone number doesn t work No refund no delivery - NOTHING Now have the long wait of trying to claim through my bank I have reported to CA Trading Standards to get action taken against this company

It s a shame I can t give this company zero Sadly my experience is the same as the other reviews I ordered wool on 23 10 24 had an email to say waiting for collection by a courier and nothing since including no responses to contacts made Very angry and will now take steps to claim money back
