THREW AWAY 250 00I opened one pillow to try it out and we didn t like it Took pictures of unopened pillows and emailed NACOVE COM Went and Bought the shrink wrap boxes the pillow in original box Followed every instruction given to me I took it to the post office to ship it back for 17 Emailed the photo of the receipt ASAP NOW I VE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO REQUEST THE STATUS OF THE RETURN I am so overly frustrated 250 is a lot to swallow over a company that is non-existent

Deceptive and dishonest company
This is a very deceptive and unscrupulous company working out of China Quality was not to my liking and I followed their every request to return the product they make you jump through hoops and they still never refunded my money They have an entire department dedicated to credit card disputes and try to wear you down and hope you just give up Do not waste money on this substandard product that they will not refund your for once you ve fallen into their trap

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT They say you can return it if you re not satisfied but they make it IMPOSSIBLE There is no address and when you ask for one it s so lame that the Post Office laughed Companies like this should not be allowed to sell their product online LAME

If I could give negative stars I would Please read before purchasing this product We like many others fell victim to this scam on social media where it is falsely advertised and reviewed The product claims to have a 30-day money back guarantee This is not true They insist that the product be returned in the original packaging and unused 1 how are you supposed to try a product without using it 2 unless you have a packing warehouse it is not possible to repack shrink wrapped pillows in the original packaging Once you pay to ship their shipping label machine will inevitably be broken and you jump through all the hoops they give you you will be completely ghosted by this company I highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs

A grand in the bin
Spent 680 on 4 pillows trialed one and didn t like it Asked to return the 3 unopened ones went back and forth with Diana from customer service a million times and finally got a return address but no return label due to a faulty system Spent 140 to ship back to USA and was then completely ghosted Almost a grand in the bin

BUYER BEWARE
The pillows themselves were just ok However they have a satisfaction guarantee that they do not honor I ordered 2 king size pillows They were shipped separately from China to Colorado I believe Then they came from there together in one terrible package They take forever to respond to emails about getting a refund then play games and then want to have you send them back at your expense with no promise of a refund

Ghosted on refund after returning the pillows one of which was completely unopened Now I am out the 250 for the pillows and another 27 on shipping They ignore you after that I have tried calling every phone number I can find and also emailing several times without any response
