Great customer service

My first order was great it arrived very quickly with no problems The chairs are really comfortable and seem well made However when I wanted to add two more chairs to my set and reordered two chairs that order was sent out and had the wrong size legs I ended up keeping those for my bar and reordered another set of dining chairs and they sent out another wrong set It seems this was the fault of the manufacturer in reading and packing the order Customer service took over and everything has been sorted out I really appreciated the customer service agents who got back to me very quickly They took care of everything even though it was confusing for a bit and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again Without the efficiency of the customer service agents it would have been much worse As for the Pluto dining chairs we love them

Everything always arrives in time

I have yet to receive my order but when I cancelled one of my purchases I received a fantastic and fast customer service I wish more companies would have that attitude
