I have reached out several times and they have not responded I ordered 10 days ago on January 8 2021 The transaction processed and they finished debiting my account on January 11 I have not received my order thought it says the fulfillment center is in Minnesota and I live in the midwest The tracking page says still pending I requested a refund and have not heard back from them about it I have received packages via FedEx from other companies without a problem Do not buy from here

DO NOT BUY THIS NAIL VARNISH I bought 2 summery neon colours from Superdrug thinking they would last a bit longer than cheaper varnishes that chip after a few days Well I didn t even have this polish on for 24 hrs before it started chipping even with a top coat and it retails at 11 I have emailed them and the confirmation says they will respond within 48 hrs Surprise Surprise No response Don t waste your money

Poor quality and wears off tips easily

Although the colours are great the quality is not Within 24 hrs of proper application as per the instructions the polish starts chipping wearing off the tips and that s whilst I was on holiday at home and not doing much I will be sticking with brands that at least go for a few days before chipping wearing off the nail tips Am pretty annoyed at the waste of money and do not recommend this product

Bought a set of 7 polishes from Nails Inc on the basis of fab reviews that they last up to 7 days Despite having cleaned my nails used their base and top coats they last 1 day - I guess unless you don t work drive cook or do any normal stuff Impossible to return as they state you must return by post but none of the parcel companies will ship nail varnish as its hazardous expensive mistake

Poor customer service

My website order of 6 x nail varnishes arrived with 3 of the bottles smashed I decided to call them direct to inform them of the broken bottles Their automated answer phone message offers 6 options including customer services I called repeatedly for more than 2 hours but could not get a response from any of the 6 options Very poor customer service does not reflect well

4 pieces sent instead of advertised 5 pieces Customer services do not answer emails or phone calls One bottle of nail varnish arrived with no explanation What a way to run a company

I placed three separate orders in the same day- and not a single one could be delivered by Royal Mail due to incomplete address by nailsinc service team The delivery address on the order is correct Could not get hold of anyone I have been charged but have no goods No one seems to care nor are they responding or contactable This is the worst customer service My credit card has been charged 120 and I have nothing to show for it Radio silence from their customer service Appalling company Please do not buy from their website Their products are good so I will just have to get what I need from the concession counter at Boots What has happened that a company can get away with such a low level of service It was their incompetence that prevented Royal Mail from delivering

Do not shop with Nail Inc directly My order was placed weeks ago but despite a promised 3-5 day delivery I m yet to receive any product and their response to any social media message or email has practically been nonexistent I am now going to try to get my monies back and will be looking to support other brands going forward If Nails Inc reads this I suggest you invest in your customer service or close down your online shop - this is not good enough

Placed an order and within an hour or two reached out to cancel Received a confirmation email that order had been cancelled A week later I have been billed and the items are in the way yet I m expected to pay postage to return for an order I cancelled Customer service are liars or can t be bothered to check and now am being fobbed off stating they re right and cancelled the order Can t even get through now Horrendous customer service will never place another order again
