Awful Customer Service
Products are genuine however the lack of communication is what did it for me I placed my order then received my order confirmation a week later My order was then delivered but products were missing and on the confirmation paper it was scribble - out of stock There was no communication of this or my refund The company still has 16 of my money which I m having to chase up Never again I ll stick to Hollywood Nail supply s

Awful communication do not use
The day after I placed an order I received an email to say that one product was out of stock I replied to ask for another but heard nothing back Fast forward 2 weeks and I ve emailed again and again with no response and no refund Where is my money

Horrible staff DO NOT GO HERE They instantly stop you at the door if you are not a Business owner Do not waste your time and money visiting this shop It was very cluttered and not welcoming They need to update there website to inform people that they are strictly wholesale as to not waste people time Overall was not worth the trip

Orders taken for products they can t supply
An item I ordered was notified as not available and refunded very late - just before delivery I had only ordered three opi nail polish bottles so the postage for receiving only two made the whole experience not good value for money If I had been told earlier I would have cancelled the whole order so I will not be using this company again

My first time in the store and I was really surprised at just how much stock they have ranging from gel polishes acrylic powder gel lamps nail files and so much more As a self taught beginner nail tech I m so happy to have a local store that sells everything I need to start my nail journey The pricing is very affordable and would recommend shopping here if you are starting your mail journey
