Surpassed my expectations
I decided to try out the Naked pools filter after many years of being frustrated with the old standard chlorinated filter and the monthly services Typically the pool would be cloudy and dirty two to three weeks after a service and this remained the case even after switching providers I have now had the Naked Pool filter in for four years and despite being urged by the Naked Pool representative to periodically test the water for PH levels I have not tested once nor added any chemicals at all The pool has remained clear and clean with the only maintenance required being the vacuuming via the Dolphin The other added benefits compared to other filters is the lack of staining on swimwear and zero eye strain when the kids open their eyes underwater I am extremely happy with the product and recommend to anyone who is keen to avoid repeated trips to the hardware pool shop and or the expense of monthly servicing Romeo SallaOcean Grove

After calling the Naked Pools helplpline
After calling the Naked Pools helpline I was given a couple of ideas to try and rectify the problem without success I then returned the faulty unit at their expense a new unit was promptly dispatched Naked Pools were helpful and efficient
